Our annual 14-point pest control service includes:
1. Complete inspection of your property, both inside and out, and dialogue with you regarding any problems you’re currently having.
2. Treatment of attic/crawl areas.
3. Treatment of garage, including spider web knockdown.
4. Treatment of eaves, soffits, fascia, and building exterior, including removal of mud wasp and caterpillar nests.
5. Treatment of garbage areas.
6. Treatment of mulch or soil perimeter of building, including any ant hills within a 10’ radius of the building.
7. Exclusion techniques (caulking, steel wool, screen) used for any minor construction faults permitting an opening into the structure.
8. Treatment of problem areas, including laundry, kitchen, wet bar, pantry, bathrooms, etc.
9. Treatment of patios, porches, lanais, screen rooms, screened pool space.
10. Treatment of wall voids in kitchen, bath and other problem areas.
11. Treatment of any other room where a particular problem may exist.
12. Treatment of all window sills, door thresholds, and any other entry point.
13. Re-treatment of entire exterior in 6 months.
14. Recommendations for prevention including exterior debris removal, tree branch or shrub trimming, and sanitation, both inside and out.

Quarterly exterior perimeter pest treatment program that has proven to be quite effective at only
$59.00 per treatment, 4 times per year.
Fire Ant Control: A once per year treatment with
TopChoice granular insecticide. It is guaranteed to eliminate Fire Ants for one full year.
